Coral Creations hopes you will be delighted using our online services and products. The following information outlines our terms of sales, if you have any further questions regarding the below don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Delivery

 

Livestock

 

All livestock items purchased on the Coral Creations website for delivery will be informed with a confirmation of delivery day after point of sale, we will ask customers to confirm via email on delivery day before we dispatch; this will also apply for requested delayed deliveries. Once confirmation by customer of delivery day has been received by Coral Creations, we will then dispatch item for the requested date of delivery. A second email will be sent to customer once dispatched regarding tracking delivery reference number. Coral Creations cannot take any responsibility if on the confirmed delivery date there is no one to receive the delivery, this responsibility will fall on the customer. We can revoke the right for delivery on a particular day if we feel livestock will fail to reach the destination point in the required time period, for example, due to serve weather conditions or holidays period days; this will be communicated via email and next proposed delivery date will be sent to customer, confirmation of delivery by customer is required before dispatching.

 

Aquarium Products (non-livestock)

 

Aquarium products (non-livestock) will be delivered by Royal Mail on an estimated delivery service of 2-5 working days. If the customer combines livestock and aquarium products in one order, we will send out all items by next day courier. 

 

Returns and Livestock Policy

 

Livestock

 

Coral Creations Limited offers a healthy livestock guarantee service on all corals, critters and other invertebrates. We will expect customers to notify us of any problems with delivery by 6pm of the day livestock is received. We will ask for photos in original packaging and in severe cases ask for the delivery to be sent back to us. We will offer full refund or redelivery if customer has notified us in the required time period and conformed with the above requests. Failing to notify us in the required time may result in non-refund or redelivery; we will expect customers to unpack deliveries by 6pm of receiving delivery, otherwise, this may have an adverse affect to livestock being transported.  All livestock sales cannot be exchanged or returned due to customer changing their mind or failing to do the correct research on species.

 

Aquarium Products (non-livestock)

 

Aquarium products (non-livestock) will follow all manufacturing guarantees and warranties. Customers are able to return or exchange aquarium product items (non-livestock) within 28 days of purchase, however return delivery charges will be the customers’ responsibility.   Any aquarium product that is returned for exchanged or refunded must be in the original sale condition, with no signs of damage or use. We can revoke the right for refund if we feel the product has not been returned in its original sale condition and we will return the product to the customer.
